DESRI seeks talented, intellectually curious individuals for full-time opportunities across its Physical teams (Asset Management, Construction, Engineering, Development, Preconstruction, Project Management, and Project Delivery) nationwide. Analysts collaborate with experienced professionals to evaluate opportunities and support renewable energy projects from development to operation.

Eligible candidates are pursuing or recently completed degrees, with 2027 graduates preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed undergraduate or graduate degree (2027 graduates preferred).
• Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly and manage competing priorities in lean, cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to take ownership and tackle complex challenges.
• Disciplines encouraged: engineering, business, finance, economics, environmental studies, construction management, mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Support asset management operations through performance analysis and reporting.
• Assist with construction project schedules, budgets, and coordination.
• Contribute to engineering analyses across multiple disciplines.
• Support development activities including interconnection and permitting.
• Assist with preconstruction planning and cost estimation.
• Coordinate cross-functional project management across development and construction.
• Help drive project delivery from development through commissioning with stakeholders.
