DESRI Project Management Services, L.L.C. in New York, NY is seeking an Analyst to support strategy, investment analyses, and potential acquisitions within our Finance & Acquisitions and Strategy teams.

You will conduct market research, build financial models, and assist due diligence for renewable energy projects across the DESRI portfolio, collaborating with cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 0–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, project finance, corporate finance, consulting, strategy, renewable energy, or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, preferably in Excel.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear conclusions and communicate effectively.
• Interest in renewable energy markets and US electricity markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support market research, trend analysis, and quantitative/qualitative analyses to develop DESRI's market strategy.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate project returns, capital structures, risks, and value creation.
• Assist with due diligence, coordinate third‑party deliverables, and support transactions for acquisitions and financings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to communicate strategic insights for planning and investments.
