Analysts will work with experienced staff to analyze opportunities and support projects through various lifecycle stages. The role targets undergraduates and graduates with strong academics, a 2027 graduation preference, and

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree with 2027 graduation preferred.
• Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage priorities, and collaborate in lean, cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management, Construction, Engineering, Development, Preconstruction, Project Management, and Project Delivery teams.
• Assist with performance analysis, schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management.
• Contribute to technical analyses, design reviews, and inter-team coordination.
• Assist in evaluation and advancement of renewable energy projects across the lifecycle.
• Help plan, estimate costs, schedule, and contracting strategies for projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to move projects from development to operation.
