You will work with DESRI's Physical teams across Asset Management, Construction, Engineering, Development, Preconstruction, Project Management, and Project Delivery to evaluate opportunities and support project execution. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree, with a 2027 graduation preference.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail; written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage competing priorities, and collaborate in lean cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.
• Disciplines encouraged include engineering, business, finance, economics, environmental studies, construction management, mathematics.
• Prior internship or project experience is valued but not required.
• Compensation includes base salary $90,000–$110,000 with a year-end bonus; benefits listed.

Responsibilities

• Asset Management: support performance analysis, reporting, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination.
• Construction: assist with project schedules, budgets, contractor coordination, equipment procurement, and risk management.
• Engineering: contribute to technical analyses, design reviews, and engineering evaluations across multiple disciplines.
• Development: assist with evaluation and advancement of renewable energy projects including permitting and interconnection.
• Preconstruction: support planning, cost estimation, constructability assessments, scheduling, and contracting strategies.
• Project Management: coordinate cross-functional planning, analysis, and execution across development and construction.
• Project Delivery: help advance projects through development to financing, construction, and commercial operation.
