Analysts will work alongside experienced professionals to evaluate opportunities and support projects across the renewable energy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree; graduation in 2027 preferred.
• Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, construction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
• Candidates from engineering, business, finance, economics, environmental studies, etc. encouraged.
• Internship or project experience valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and coordination across Asset Management, Construction, Engineering, Development, Preconstruction, PM, and Delivery.
• Assist with schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk management for projects.
• Contribute to technical analyses and design reviews.
• Help evaluate opportunities across stages of the renewable energy lifecycle.
• Collaborate with lean, cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
• Support preparation of commercial, technical, and environmental considerations.
