Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support strategy, budgeting, and development efforts across solar and battery storage initiatives. This role involves preparing documents, agendas, and meeting notes, while handling confidential information with integrity.

The ideal candidate will assist with identifying development prospects in the Southwest, collaborate with developers in meetings, and drive process improvements. Willingness to travel 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and familiar with AI tools such as Co-Pilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Create documents and presentations.
• Prepare budgets, meeting agendas and taking notes in Strategy and Departmental meetings.
• Assist with identifying solar & battery storage development prospects in the Southwest regions and assist developers in meetings.
• Effective handling of confidential data and sensitive information.
• Track department key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve metrics.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements.
• Work with cross functional groups to gather and document process/system improvement requirements.
• Utilize project management skills to develop and implement process and system improvements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Understand and drive performance, with visibility to executive leadership which provides upward mobility opportunities in our fast-paced and growing organization.
• Proactively and reactively use processes to solve problems and enhance business process efficiencies throughout the entire development department.
