Job summary

Invenergy is seeking an Analyst, Renewable Development to support the Renewable Development Department in key functions across the company. Hybrid schedule: in office Monday–Thursday with remote Fridays when possible.

The role focuses on creating documents, budgets, and notes for strategy and department meetings, while identifying development prospects and ensuring secure handling of confidential information. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Create documents and presentations for strategy and department meetings.
• Assist with budgets, agendas, and meeting notes.
• Identify development prospects and support developers in meetings.
• Handle confidential data professionally and securely.
• Track KPIs and recommend improvements to boost metrics.
• Help document process and system improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize project management to implement process improvements.
• Perform special projects as needed.
• Support executive visibility and mobility through performance initiatives.
• Proactively optimize processes across the development department.
