Job summary

Invenergy, LLC is seeking an Analyst, Renewable Development to support the Renewable Development Department in creating documents, budgets, and scheduling with cross-functional teams. The role involves preparing meeting materials, identifying prospects, and handling confidential information while tracking KPIs and driving process improvements.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 25–50% travel, and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Travel 25–50% of the time.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Preferred: degree in business or engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Professional, able to maintain confidential information and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create documents and presentations.
• Prepare budgets and meeting agendas, and take notes in strategy and departmental meetings.
• Assist with identifying development prospects and support developers in meetings.
• Handle confidential data and sensitive information appropriately.
• Track department KPIs and provide recommendations to improve metrics.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements.
• Gather and document process/system improvement requirements with cross-functional groups.
• Apply project management to develop and implement process improvements.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Contribute to performance visibility for executive leadership and upward mobility.
