Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil or construction-related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and project management for heavy civil scopes in renewable energy projects (solar, wind, battery storage).
• Navigate cost accounting for ongoing projects including daily/weekly verifications, change orders, and invoicing.
• Communicate with clients, field staff, office support, and management; maintain estimating and project files.
• Mentor junior estimators/project managers and interns; assist with takeoffs and coordination of tasks.
• Perform takeoffs for civil construction and manage project billings and vendor communications.
