A well-established Midwest-based contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to support renewable energy projects across Minnesota. This role involves estimating and managing civil scopes for solar, wind, and energy storage developments, offering long-term stability and strong benefits. Candidates should have 5+ years in civil construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead under demanding conditions. A college degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil or related construction.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage heavy civil scopes for renewable energy projects.
• Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates.
