Southern Power seeks an Engineer/Analyst – Renewable Asset Management to oversee the financial, operational and strategic performance of solar and wind assets across the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.

You will drive cost savings, participate in due diligence for acquisitions, coordinate with O&M teams, prepare KPI reports and present findings to management and external stakeholders.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of power plant operations, project engineering, financial modeling, or asset management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Contract management experience.
• Management of multiple medium to large‑scale projects from planning through completion.

• Track and analyze revenue, expenses, and overall asset profitability.
• Maintain awareness of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the assets.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings or revenue optimization.
• Maximize asset value and efficiency over lifecycle through optimization efforts.
• Coordinate with O&M teams to ensure high availability and performance.
• Support due diligence of asset acquisitions and development projects.
• Produce regular performance reports for stakeholders and management.
