Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Rendering Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability at our Millsboro rendering facility.

You will oversee maintenance personnel, develop preventive and predictive programs, and manage budgets and capital projects to drive uptime and compliance. In this key role you will coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams, respond to plant emergencies, and champion continuous improvement to optimize equipment performance and environmental

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, budgets, and programs.
• Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to respond to plant emergencies in an industrial environment.

Responsabilidades

• Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and maintenance performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Manage maintenance budgets, expenditures, and performance KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, LOTO, confined space, and hot work safety requirements.
• Oversee capital projects, equipment installations, and contractor activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams to improve plant performance.
• Maintain 24/7 accountability for critical plant equipment and emergencies.

Rendering Maintenance Manager

The Rendering Maintenance Manager will lead all maintenance and reliability activities at an industrial rendering facility, ensuring equipment uptime, safe operations, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency. This role oversees maintenance personnel, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, budgets, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience managing capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
