Natera, Inc. is seeking an Account Nephrology Representative (ANR) to advance our Organ Health division in a field-based role across a Miami-area nephrology territory.

The ANR will collaborate with an Organ Health Specialist to grow revenue, expand Renasight adoption, and build strong relationships with nephrologists and clinic staff while delivering a premier customer experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of sales, account management, customer success, or related customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Organ Health Specialist to execute territory plans and achieve sales objectives.
• Support sales activities to grow revenue and expand adoption across nephrology accounts.
• Identify opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to increase engagement and utilization.
• Conduct outreach with nephrologists, clinic staff, and key decision-makers.
• Support new account development and onboarding for a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain documentation of account activity and sales activity in CRM.
