Job summary

Renaissance Baton Rouge is seeking a full-time Front Desk (Guest Services) Supervisor to assist the Guest Services Manager and lead the front desk team in delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

The role requires 2–3 years of hotel experience, supervisory capability, and a valid driver’s license. It offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in Baton Rouge, LA.

Qualifications

Renaissance Baton Rouge is looking for a full-time Front Desk (Guest Services) Supervisor, who would report to the Guest Services Manager / Director of Rooms. The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Guest Services Manager while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.


• At lease 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
