Qualifications

• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Case management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; 40+ wpm typing.

Responsibilities

• Answer non-clinical questions and triage adverse events using an FAQ and enter data into CRM.
• Complete follow-up for missing/updated information from stakeholders and ensure safety reporting.
• Document data processing and communications accurately and concisely.
• Maintain knowledge of REMS program guidelines and disease states.
• Conduct pre- and post-call analysis of calls.
• Identify issues and follow up with stakeholders to resolve them.
