Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year healthcare call center experience or related role preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and listening.
• Able to type 40+ wpm and perform data entry efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete follow-up for missing/updated information from stakeholders, including data entry and safety reporting per REMS guidelines.
• Ensure all document/data processing and communications are accurate, concise and timely.
