Job summary

Syneos Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a REMS Support Specialist to answer non-clinical questions and triage adverse events, entering data into a CRM per REMS program guidelines.

The role operates M-F 11:30am - 8pm EST. Responsibilities include follow-up for missing information, data entry, documentation, and maintaining program knowledge; must have strong communication, 40+ WPM typing, and medical terminology familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recent pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete follow-up for missing/updated information from stakeholders, including data entry processing and safety reporting.
• Ensure document/data processing and all communication are documented accurately and timely.
• Maintain knowledge of REMS program guidelines and product/disease state for assigned programs.
• Conduct pre and post call analysis of calls.
• Answer incoming calls and perform outgoing calls following client guidelines.
• Identify potentially troublesome areas and follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
