Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a REMS Support Specialist in Dallas, TX to answer non-clinical questions and triage adverse events, with data entry into a CRM per REMS guidelines.

The role supports healthcare providers and pharmacies, with a M-F shift 11:30am - 8pm EST. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent healthcare call center experience, along with strong typing and data entry skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year healthcare call center experience.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute (wpm).
• Efficient computer and data entry skills; ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload depending on program needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer non-clinical questions and triage adverse events per REMS guidelines.
• Enter data into a CRM and ensure accuracy.
• Follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information.
• Maintain knowledge of REMS program guidelines.
• Conduct pre- and post-call analysis.
• Identify and resolve potential issues with stakeholders.
