Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a REMS Support Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will answer non-clinical questions, triage adverse events, and enter data into a CRM, supporting REMS programs.

The role requires 1+ year healthcare call center experience or a Bachelor’s degree, with strong medical terminology and fast typing skills. The shift is M-F, 11:30am–8:00pm EST, with opportunities to grow within the REMS program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ year healthcare call center experience.
• 1+ years pharma/healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology; strong communications.
• Typing 40+ wpm and solid data entry skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and reprioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Complete follow-up for missing/updated information from stakeholders with data entry and safety reporting.
• Document and communicate data processing, corrections, and communications concisely and timely.
• Maintain knowledge of REMS program guidelines and product/disease state.
• Conduct pre- and post-call analysis of calls.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls per client guidelines and business rules.
• Identify troublesome areas and follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.
