Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Removal Floater to support the on-site removal team in Spartanburg, SC. You will assist customers, help locate items, and process pickups while ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.

The role requires a willingness to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday as needed, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with team assistance). Prioritizes organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site; schedules may vary Monday through Saturday.
• Able to lift 25 lbs alone, 50 lbs with team lift.
• Able to follow written directions and company policies.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them locate items.
• Assist customers with item pickup and processing.
• Scan customers in and out for item pickups.
• Ensure items are categorized and displayed properly.
• Provide exemplary service to encourage bidding and good experience.
