  • Maintain consistent communication with clients in Spanish and English.
  • Conduct legal research, draft briefs and memoranda, and develop litigation strategies.
  • Participate in training and case strategy sessions.

Position Overview

The Removal Defense Attorney will represent clients in removal proceedings and related humanitarian and family-based cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney ready to deepen courtroom experience and grow within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in removal proceedings before EOIR, including master and individual hearings.
  • Prepare and file asylum, cancellation of removal, motions, and appeals.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys to prepare strong factual and legal records.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients in Spanish and English.
