Job summary
Centene Corp. is seeking a Private Access Engineer II to support Zscaler Private Access and related security services.
You will diagnose access and connectivity issues, onboard new applications, maintain operation docs, and partner with internal teams and vendors to boost reliability and user experience. You will analyze incidents, contribute to architectural discussions, and help implement secure private access for enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Experience with ZPA or similar Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technologies preferred.
- Knowledge of identity and authentication technologies such as SAML, OIDC, Entra ID, Okta, or Ping Identity.
- Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, routing, and general network troubleshooting.
- Experience with scripting or automation technologies such as PowerShell or Python is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots private access and connectivity issues across applications.
- Onboards and maintains private access services with ZPA.
- Collaborates with identity, networking, cloud, security, and support teams.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation and procedures.
- Participates in incident response and root cause analysis.
