Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Field Service Zone Manager - Central Region for its CPS division. This remote-based role is preferred for candidates in the Midwest or Southeast, reporting to the Service Operations Director.

You will direct CPS Service regional operations to meet sales, profit and growth goals while enhancing quality and customer service levels. Lead a team of direct reports to achieve top performance and world-class support.

Qualifications

• Five years leading a service or engineering unit or seven years of people leadership experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate CPS Service regional operations to achieve sales, profit and growth goals.
• Improve quality and customer service levels within CPS service teams.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports to drive top performance.
• Budget, procure capital equipment, and manage regional finances and receivables.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; ensure safety programs and compliance.
• Drive regional product/process improvements and share best practices.
