Qualifications

• Proven experience building integrations for procurement, intake, or workflow platforms (Zip, Coupa, SAP, Ariba).
• Experience with APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and system-to-system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support backend integrations for Zip (I2C) and procurement workflows.
• Develop scalable, secure integration solutions between Zip and internal systems.
• Partner with technical, procurement, and cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and automate using integrations.
• Support end-to-end procurement and intake workflows ensuring data alignment.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data flows.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, deployment, and handoff of solutions.
