Job summary

Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment seeks an experienced YouTube and Paid Social Media Specialist for a 100% remote, partial-year contract (Mid-December through April). You will lead hands-on media planning, buying, and optimization of YouTube campaigns with supplementary Meta/TikTok support, collaborating with the Senior Manager and broader media team.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience planning, buying, executing, and optimizing YouTube advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube and Demand Gen campaign setup, trafficking, QA, targeting, and budgeting.
• Experience across funnel stages and with Meta and TikTok for paid social support.
• Analytical skills and data literacy to translate metrics into actions.
• Familiarity with digital media reporting and campaign analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch, and manage YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, including setup and trafficking.
• Monitor performance, budget pacing, targeting, and creative effectiveness for optimization.
• Analyze data to develop insights, testing strategies, and recommendations.
• Optimize campaigns across the funnel to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Provide paid social support across Meta and TikTok during peak periods.
• Collaborate with media leadership and cross-functional teams on planning and reporting.
• Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule with ongoing monitoring.
• Support media reporting and measurement to evaluate effectiveness and opportunities.
