Curriculo, Inc. is seeking a YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist to lead hands-on campaign execution during its peak marketing cycle from mid-December through April.

This contract role requires full-time commitment (40 hours/week during peak season) and will coordinate closely with the Senior Manager of Paid Social and the in-house media team. You will own YouTube media buying execution while providing targeted paid social support across Meta and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning, buying, trafficking, and optimizing YouTube and Google Demand Gen campaigns across full-funnel objectives.
• Deep understanding of tagging, pixel tracking, trafficking QA, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and dynamic creative delivery.
• Experience executing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong quantitative skills to interpret data, attribution models, and optimize performance.
• Ability to manage large-scale budgets during high-volume seasonal campaigns.
• Excellent collaboration with media planning, brand creative, and analytics teams.

Responsabilités

• Full-Funnel Campaign Management: Plan, build, traffic, and execute YouTube and Google Demand Gen campaigns across all stages of the marketing funnel, ensuring rigorous QA and adherence to flight schedules.
• Pacing & Performance Optimization: Monitor daily pacing, delivery health, creative performance, targeting accuracy, and budget allocation to identify efficiencies.
• Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Evaluate funnel analytics, media reporting, and conversion metrics to generate optimization hypotheses and creative insights.
• Secondary Paid Social Support: Provide hands-on campaign setup, QA, and optimization across Meta and TikTok during peak periods.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal media leadership, analytics, and creative teams to align messaging and reporting workflows.
