Job summary

LTK is seeking a Paid Media Specialist (Contractor) to support boosting Creator posts across Instagram and TikTok from ideation to post-campaign analysis. This remote role collaborates with sales and marketing to drive incremental revenue for DTC/B2C brands, managing budgets, assets, and approvals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of paid social, including META and TikTok, with strong analytics, UTM knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications;
• 3+ years of experience with paid social media, for DTC/B2C brands. Hands on keyboard, implementation, and execution of campaigns is a must.
• Base knowledge of UTM parameters.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and collaborate to meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, strategize, and execute creator boosting campaigns from ideation to post campaign analysis.
• Drive incremental revenue by supporting sales in growing existing client relationships, revenue streams and total revenue.
• Coordinate boosting efforts with Campaign Operations team.
• Facilitate teams campaign operations and workflow deadlines, deliverables and processes to ensure successful and on-time campaign execution.
• Monitor KPIs and inform on findings; report performance.
