Dreams 2 Reality Recruitment is seeking an experienced YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist for a 100% remote, partial-year contract to cover the peak tax-season marketing period. The role focuses on hands-on YouTube media planning, buying, and optimization, with additional support for paid social on Meta and TikTok.

You will work with the Senior Manager of Paid Social and the media team to ensure accurate launches, on-budget delivery, and ongoing optimization to meet brand and performance

Qualifikationen

• Significant hands-on experience planning, buying, executing, and optimizing YouTube ads.
• Experience managing YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns with data-driven decision making.
• Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, especially Meta and TikTok.
• Familiarity with campaign analytics tools and performance measurement.
• Excellent collaboration with media, creative, analytics, and data teams.

Aufgaben

• Plan, build, launch, and manage YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns with QA and trafficking.
• Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing, targeting, and creative effectiveness.
• Analyze data to derive insights and optimization recommendations.
• Optimize campaigns across the marketing funnel to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Provide paid social support across Meta and TikTok during peak periods.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams for planning and reporting.
• Ensure campaigns are executed on schedule with continuous monitoring.
• Support media reporting and performance measurement.
