Bsdbusinessconsulting is hiring a YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist for a seasonal, 100% remote contract. Based in the Central or Eastern Time Zone, you will execute in-house YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns during the peak season.

This hands-on role covers planning, traffic, monitoring, optimization, and occasional Meta and TikTok work during the busiest weeks, collaborating with the Senior Manager of Paid Social and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on YouTube and paid social media buying.
• Significant hands-on experience planning, buying, and managing YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns.
• Familiarity with YouTube/ Demand Gen setup, trafficking, QA, targeting, budget pacing, and optimization in Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager for execution during peak periods.
• Strong analytical skills, data literacy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor pacing, delivery, creative performance, targeting, budgets, and health signals across the funnel; flag issues and opportunities.

About the role

A national consumer financial services brand is hiring an experienced YouTube & Paid Social Media Specialist to support its peak-season marketing cycle. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy or management seat. You will plan, build, traffic, monitor, and optimize in-house YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, and step in on Meta and TikTok during the busiest weeks. You will work directly with the Senior Manager of Paid Social and the broader media, creative, and analytics teams.

What you’ll do

• Own day-to-day YouTube and Demand Gen campaign execution: campaign builds, trafficking, QA, ongoing maintenance and updates
• Monitor pacing, delivery, creative performance, targeting, budgets, and other campaign-health signals across the funnel, and flag issues and opportunities before they become problems
• Analyze performance data and turn it into clear optimization recommendations and test ideas that support both brand and performance goals
• Provide hands‑on Meta and TikTok execution support during peak periods
• Partner with media leadership and cross‑functional teams on planning, creative execution, reporting, and measurement

What we’re looking for

• Significant hands‑on experience planning, buying, and managing YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns across upper, mid, and lower funnel
• Deep familiarity with YouTube and Demand Gen setup, trafficking, QA, targeting, creative management, budget pacing, and optimization inside Google Ads
• Working knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads Manager with the ability to jump in and execute
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy; comfortable reading campaign performance and recommending next steps
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Experience collaborating with media, creative, analytics, and data teams
• Familiarity with media reporting and measurement tools and processes

Accurate and on-time campaign execution, consistent monitoring, proactive optimization, effective management of YouTube spend, and contribution to year-over-year improvement in brand and performance results.
