Qualifications

• Qualification in Community Development, Social Work, Education, Youth Work, or related field.
• Experience facilitating youth programs or community engagement.
• Strong understanding of youth development principles.
• Excellent online facilitation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent English; Sesotho or Afrikaans beneficial.
• Reliable internet and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging online workshops and training sessions focused on life skills, career readiness, and personal development for youth.
• Identify and connect young people with educational, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to youth participants, supporting their personal growth and goal achievement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, schools, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate program reach.
• Develop and manage online communication channels to engage with youth and promote program activities.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, collecting feedback and reporting on outcomes.
• Facilitate online peer support groups and networking opportunities for young people.
• Create and share relevant online content and resources to support youth development.
• Contribute to program planning and strategy development.
• Maintain accurate records of participant engagement and program activities.
