The role focuses on delivering telehealth services using multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR) and collaborating with a care team to support youth mental health. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health field, be comfortable delivering therapy online, and manage schedules including weekday evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Comfort delivering telehealth sessions and group treatment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to use cloud-based tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with supervisor or director for check-ins.
• Respond to email/Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before start time.
• Arrive early and facilitate group sessions for the hour.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and updated curriculum.
