Job summary

MXR Imaging, Inc. is seeking an experienced X-ray Field Service Engineer to perform corrective maintenance, troubleshoot medical imaging equipment, and install systems at customer sites.

The role is home-office based with limited overnight travel for service and training. You will work on basic x-ray, portable units, PACS and networking environments, coordinate installations, complete FDA paperwork, manage parts, and provide on-call support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Medical Imaging Field Service required.
• Experience with Carestream, Canon RadPRO, GE AMX, Fuji DR is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs for medical imaging equipment including PACS and networking environments.
• Install imaging equipment with site planning and coordination with customers and contractors.
• Complete FDA paperwork and manage required regulatory documentation.
• Order parts and supplies and manage service tickets.
• On-call service coverage after hours on a rotation basis.
