CSC is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own Wrike and coordinate marketing projects from intake through delivery. This role demands hands-on Wrike administration, platform ownership, and driving efficient workflows across marketing teams and stakeholders.

You will train users, maintain guidance, and boost adoption of Wrike and its AI features. The position is remote with local Wilmington, DE, and operates Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience managing concurrent marketing projects across multiple teams and channels.
• Advanced Wrike proficiency, including platform administration, workflow configuration, request forms, templates, automation, dashboards, reporting.
• Demonstrated success improving a Wrike environment and establishing consistent project management practices.
• Understanding of creative production, copy review, campaign execution, social media, email, and webinar processes.

Aufgaben

• Wrike platform ownership and administration, including requests forms, templates, workflows, and dashboards.
• Coordinate marketing projects from intake through delivery with stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans and drive on-time delivery, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Lead focused project discussions and document decisions and next steps.
• Provide visibility into workload, capacity, and upcoming deadlines to leaders.
