Job summary

CSC is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to own Wrike and coordinate marketing projects from intake through delivery. You will connect leaders, channel specialists, and content teams to maintain a reliable view of active work and establish efficient workflows.

Advanced Wrike experience is required to administer and improve the environment, configure workflows, and guide experienced users. Familiarity with Wrike AI features is preferred as we scale marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing concurrent marketing projects across multiple teams and channels.
• Advanced Wrike proficiency, including platform administration, workflow configuration, request forms, templates, automation, dashboards, reporting.
• Demonstrated success improving a Wrike environment and establishing consistent project management practices.
• Understanding of creative production, copy review, campaign execution, social media, email, and webinar processes.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining productive working relationships.
• Sound judgment balancing deadlines, capacity, and business priorities.
• Preferred experience in Enterprise B2B marketing, professional services, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Wrike training or project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Wrike platform ownership and administration (forms, templates, workflows, custom fields, automation, dashboards, reports).
• Establish standards for project setup, task updates, documentation, and closeout.
• Train users, provide guidance, and coordinate with Wrike support.
• Evaluate platform usage and implement improvements including AI and automation.
• Manage intake and translate requests into objectives, deliverables, owners, timelines, and approvals.
• Coordinate assignments, dependencies, handoffs, and review cycles across marketing teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project plans and ensure statuses are current.
• Identify risks, enforce deadlines, and manage scope and changes.
• Lead project discussions and document decisions and next steps.
• Provide leaders with workload visibility and delivery performance metrics.
