Job summary

CSC is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to serve as the Wrike Platform Owner. This remote role, based in Wilmington, coordinates marketing projects from intake through delivery, partnering with leaders, channel specialists, creative/content teams, and stakeholders to optimize workflows.

The role requires advanced Wrike hands-on experience, platform administration, and a focus on continuous process improvement in a marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple marketing projects across diverse teams.
• Advanced Wrike proficiency including platform admin, workflows, templates, automation, dashboards.
• Ability to scale Wrike environment and enforce standards.
• Strong understanding of creative production, campaigns, social media, email marketing, and webinars.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in enterprise B2B marketing or regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Wrike platform including forms, templates, workflows, fields, automation, permissions, dashboards and reports.
• Set and enforce standards for project setup, task updates, documentation, and closeout.
• Train users, provide support, and coordinate with Wrike support as needed.
• Improve platform usage and adoption leveraging Wrike AI and automation.
• Manage project intake by defining objectives, deliverables, owners, timelines and approvals.
• Coordinate assignments, dependencies, handoffs, and review cycles across teams.
• Maintain detailed project plans and proactively update statuses.
• Identify risks, enforce deadlines, and handle scope changes and escalations.
