Responsibilities

• Offers confidential pastoral discussions for personal issues affecting employees and families.
• Provides referral services and coordinates specialized assistance for employees and families.
• May assist in planning or attending funerals for employees and immediate family members.
• May make site visits to hospitals, nursing homes, or homes as appropriate.
• Represents Marketplace Chaplains to clients and supports Employee Care Service communications.
