Job summary

Gainwell Technologies in the United States is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Scheduler to ensure the right people are scheduled at the right times to meet customer demand and service goals. You will develop and maintain schedules, balance forecasted demand with staffing, and partner with Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Real-Time Adherence, and global teams to optimize coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in workforce management or related customer experience field.
• Experience independently managing scheduling and improving coverage.
• Experience with schedule generation, maintenance, shift assignment, offline planning.
• Working knowledge of Verint, Excel, and operational reporting; NICE is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce schedules based on forecasted demand and constraints.
• Assign and optimize schedules considering bids, preferences, and obligations.
• Identify gaps and recommend adjustments before they impact service performance.
• Optimize breaks, training, and offline activities to maintain coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with needs.
• Use Verint, Excel, and reporting tools to improve scheduling accuracy.
