Oscar is hiring a Workforce Management Program Lead to join our Workforce Management team in New York City. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office per week, with Thursdays fixed for team meetings and events.

You will support the management, optimization, and implementation of workforce program tools, delivering lean, repeatable processes and data-driven insights. You will report into the Associate Director, Workforce Management, and be eligible for benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in Workforce Management.
• Experience with data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience in process improvement and workflow design.
• Experience developing and presenting information to Senior Leadership.
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Identify risks with leadership support and resolve issues to inform insights and improve processes.
• Coordinate projects and processes to meet milestones and service levels.
• Strategize with leadership to lower costs or improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align action plans with continuous improvement goals.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes, proposing countermeasures.
• Provide recommendations to ensure financial discipline and quality.
• Support process improvement initiatives and mindset shifts to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
