Job summary

Lumicera is expanding its Workforce Management team and seeking a Supervisor who will oversee intraday and real-time scheduling operations in support of our contact center. You will drive staffing decisions, analyze workload, and collaborate with managers to maintain service levels.

The role requires 5+ years in Workforce Management, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to compliance. Mon-Fri 8am–7pm, remote work eligibility in the United States is provided where allowed by state

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Workforce Management or prior relevant experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intraday management of scheduling procedures and real-time workload analysis to meet service levels.
• Facilitate development of WFM team and exposure to industry improvements.
• Collaborate with schedulers and managers to ensure accurate staffing and efficiency.
• Devise scheduling enhancements and new business models.
• Balance workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations.
• Lead staffing review meetings with management and intraday analysts.
