Lumicera is seeking a Workforce Management Supervisor to join its operations team. This role manages intraday/real-time processes to meet service levels and supports Navitus and Lumicera with advanced analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, Associate’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Workforce Management or prior relevant experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intraday management of scheduling procedures and call routing to meet service levels.
• Develop and mentor the WFM team; drive improvements and standards.
• Collaborate with schedulers and managers to ensure staffing levels and efficiency.
• Devise scheduling enhancements and new staffing models.
• Identify best practices to optimize staffing within labor agreements.
• Balance workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations.
• Ensure daily schedule operations including leaves and call-outs.
• Assess staffing needs and propose solutions to meet workforce goals.
• Lead staffing review meetings detailing performance and forecasts; identify risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
