Job summary

Naukri Mitra is seeking an Online Talent Experience Specialist (Remote) to shape the future of work by designing digital employee journeys driven by data and modern HR tech. You will optimize onboarding, development, and feedback loops in a remote-first environment.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and proficiency with Tableau/Visier/Looker. You will collaborate across teams, deliver real-time insights, and help scale DEIB and learning initiatives remotely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee experience, HR tech, or digital talent transformation
• Experience with remote work culture and digital collaboration trends
• Proficient in Tableau, Visier, or Google Data Studio
• Hands-on with HR platforms like Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors
• Design thinking and journey mapping experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
• Strong empathy and analytical mindset

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize digital employee experiences using behavioral data and metrics
• Build frameworks for remote-first onboarding and talent development
• Integrate HR technologies with collaboration tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce friction in talent lifecycle
• Analyze talent engagement data to improve experience design
• Support tools promoting skill-based growth and DEIB
• Deliver monthly reports and strategic recommendations to People Leaders
• Work with Learning & Development to enhance digital learning paths
