Job summary

Harkcon, Inc. is seeking an Intermediate-Level Workforce Analyst to support workforce, organizational, and performance analysis for U.S. Government clients.

The role collaborates with project teams, PMs, senior analysts, and stakeholders to translate data into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, experience with workforce analyses, and the capacity to communicate findings to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and 3–5 years of workforce/organizational analysis experience.
• Experience with data collection and analysis, including interviews, focus groups, and observations.
• Experience with government contracts or similarly structured environments and background investigations.
• Strong ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workforce and organizational analyses, including staffing analyses and performance improvement studies.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct data collection activities (interviews, surveys, focus groups).
• Develop data collection instruments and analytical tools with input from senior analysts and PMs.
• Present analytical findings clearly through briefings, reports, and working sessions.
• Independently manage analytical tasks within project schedules and coordinate with team members.
