This role blends data analytics, dashboards, workforce forecasting, and data engineering to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for impact across the organization.

The successful candidate will build forecasts, develop scalable reporting, and translate findings into practical recommendations for recruiting and workforce leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing complex, high-volume datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and executive-level reporting.
• Forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario modeling experience.
• Ability to reconcile data across multiple systems and identify data quality issues.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, recruiting, attrition, and productivity data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop workforce forecasts incorporating headcount, attrition, starts, and hiring velocity.
• Design dashboards translating complex data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Automate reporting and data preparation processes where possible.
• Partner with Data Engineering and BI to support data architecture and pipelines.
