CBRE is seeking a Workforce Planning Consultant to serve as the centralized analytics partner for Talent Acquisition, delivering data-driven insights to guide recruiting strategy, operational efficiency, and workforce planning.
You will develop and maintain TA dashboards in Power BI, own TA metric definitions, and collaborate with TA, HR, Operations, Finance, and senior leaders to translate questions into reporting that informs staffing decisions and risk management.

As a CBREWorkforce Planning Consultant, you will serve as the centralized analyticspartner for Talent Acquisition (TA), delivering data-driven insights thatsupport recruiting strategy, operational efficiency, and workforce planning.You will develop and maintain TA-specific dashboards, own TA metricdefinitions, and partner closely with TA stakeholders and the broader PeopleAnalytics team to ensure timely,accurate, and actionable reporting.
This role will sit at the intersection of workforceplanning, talent acquisition, business intelligence, and data analytics. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for transforming workforce andrecruiting data into actionable insights, forecasting workforce needs, anddesigning scalable dashboards and reporting solutions that allow leaders toquickly understand staffing performance, workforce risks, hiring demand, andfuture talent needs.
A criticalcomponent of this position is the ability to partner directly withstakeholders. This individual must be comfortable meeting with TalentAcquisition, HR, Operations, Finance, and senior business leaders to understandbusiness questions, translate those needs into reporting requirements, andindependently develop Power BI dashboards and analytical tools that supportdecision-making.
The ideal candidate combines strong workforceanalytics experience with advanced Power BI capabilities, business acumen,stakeholder management skills, and the ability to simplify complex workforcedata for executive audiences.
