Job summary

Peoplease is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst to manage a caseload of complex WC claims across multiple jurisdictions. You will determine compensability, monitor reserves, and negotiate settlements, while ensuring service quality to clients.

The ideal candidate thrives in a distributed, remote team and communicates effectively with colleagues, management, and third-party administrators. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of WC claim experience and/or TPA claims oversight.
• Ideal candidate will have remote work experience in a distributed team.
• Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of WC claims in multiple jurisdictions.
• Investigate and monitor claims using established handling procedures.
• Review and evaluate settlement authority and reserves.
• Liaise between client, carrier/TPA and defense attorneys.
• Prepare claims reports detailing payments and reserves.
• Assist in client claim reviews and QBRs.
