Alera Group, Inc. is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Consultant to join our nationwide team remotely. You will service large clients, provide claims oversight, and work with carriers and vendors to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years WC claims experience, strong loss analysis skills, and licenses in CA/OR. Proficiency with Sagitta, ImageRight, and MS Office is required; you will present at renewals and trainings such as WC 101.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
• Strong analytical skills for complex loss analysis.
• Experience with WC claims litigation preferred.
• Active California and Oregon insurance licenses preferred.
• Proficiency with Sagitta, ImageRight, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with clients and carriers to retain business.
• Provide claims oversight, schedule reviews, and present updates to clients.
• Collaborate with sales, internal teams, and vendors on claims strategy.
• Deliver WC training such as "WC 101" to educate clients.
