Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sales Team Lead for the Workers Compensation space, fully remote within the United States. You will lead a sales team, develop strategies, and manage client relationships while traveling domestically to support client and team development.

You will drive revenue growth, coach reps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market presence and healthcare partnerships. Remote work readiness and HIPAA compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Educational background in business/marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, with 1–2 years in leadership or coaching.
• Experience in workers’ compensation, managed care, or related industry preferred.
• History of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and developing client relationships.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and balance individual and team objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM and reporting; Zoho experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Comfort with remote work; reliable home office and HIPAA-conscious data handling.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership objectives into territory plans, targets, and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and coach sales representatives with regular reviews and onboarding.
• Maintain and grow a personal portfolio while supporting team opportunities.
• Monitor market developments and share insights to refine strategies.
• Track pipeline, revenue targets, and KPIs; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinical teams for a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and adherence to processes.
