Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Lost Time Adjuster for a remote role operating in the Eastern Time Zone. You will manage indemnity and medical-only claims from intake to closure, with emphasis on presumption cases and municipality experience.

Strong investigative and negotiation skills are essential. Location is remote within ET hours; 3+ years WC claims handling, active FL license, and experience with return-to-work programs are required to drive timely resolutions and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience.
• Must have municipality/public entity experience and presumption experience.
• Active Florida license (6-20 or 5-20) required and licensed to work in ET hours.

Responsibilities

• Own WC claims from intake to closure and adjudication.
• Conduct investigations, interviews, and documentation review.
• Coordinate medical and indemnity management and return-to-work efforts.
• Coordinate with defense counsel on litigated claims and support hearings/settlements.
• Provide timely updates to clients and ensure regulatory compliance.
