USG Insurance Services is seeking a Producer/Broker focused on Workers’ Compensation. The role involves developing submissions, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal and external partners to secure timely quotes and coverage.

The position is remote or hybrid depending on location, with active mentorship and a strong emphasis on hands-on training. A dynamic, sales-driven individual will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience of property and casualty insurance with Workers Compensation.
• Experience in business development and submissions from direct production responsibilities.
• Sales-driven and people-oriented with ability to build new relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new programs quickly.
• Excellent business writing and problem analysis skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated and team-focused, with a drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal producers and retail agents to submit Workers Compensation business to target markets.
• Build relationships with in-house rating and brokerage markets for Workers Compensation.
• Evaluate submissions and negotiate terms for best price and coverage.
• Guide submissions through the process to ensure timely quotes and service.
• Generate new business via sales/marketing; establish territory relationships through visits and calls.
• Coordinate admin workflow with support teams for prompt responses.
