The ideal candidate defends workers' compensation claims for employers and carriers, handles hearings and mediations, coordinates IMEs and medical records, and advises on compensability, exposure, and liens. 3–7 years post-bar experience is preferred; JD with PA bar required.

Qualifications

• JD and active Pennsylvania bar required.
• 3–7 years post-bar workers' compensation defense experience.
• Hearing or settlement experience in workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Defend Pennsylvania workers' compensation claims for employers and carriers.
• Handle hearings, mediations, and settlements.
